No Shortcuts

What’s the fastest way to get where you want to be?

The fastest way is … slowly.

There are no shortcuts.

Quick fixes don’t exist.

You have to show up for yourself every day and do something that will move you closer to your goals.

You don’t have to do 1,000 burpees or run a marathon.

It could be something as simple as prepping some veggies in the morning so they’re ready to pop in the oven at dinner time.

It could be a few push-ups, sit-ups and squats during your lunch break.

Or drinking your multivitamin drink … not sometimes, but EVERY DAY.

Don’t be the person who’s always jumping from one workout plan or diet to the next, trying to find the magic bullet.

Be the person who stays the course and trusts the process.

The fastest way is slowly … always.
