Halfway

July 1 is right around the corner, which means we’re approaching the halfway mark of 2022.

I don’t have a halftime show for you today … but I do have a question.

How’s your health and fitness plan going so far this year?

If you’re not where you want to be, don’t beat yourself up. The halfway point of the year is a great time to take stock. If you’re busy like me and get pulled in a million directions, oftentimes one day bleeds into the next and you’re not even sure what happened.

So I wanted to simplify things for you by posing a question … and asking you to take a moment to respond on a scale of 1-10 (with 10 being “amazing” and 1 being “there’s a lot of work to be done.”)

Question: How happy are you with your overall health and fitness today?

Reply back with a number between 1-10. I’ll reach out to see how I might be able to help bring that number closer to 10 🙂
