The power of a workout buddy

It’s Valentine’s Day, and while it may bring overpriced roses, inflated restaurant prices and gag-worthy Facebook posts, I’d like it to symbolize something else for you.

The opportunity to find a workout buddy – someone you care about, whether it’s your partner, sibling, or a close friend.

There is no gift quite like the gift of fitness, and your invitation might just provide the inspiration your loved one needs to start their fitness journey. Not only that, exercising with a friend or significant other has been proven to enhance consistency and deliver better results. So, you’ll both reap the rewards.

On this Valentine’s Day, I encourage you to share the love and fitness. If you’ve fallen off track or are starting over, feel free to reply and let me know your biggest question about getting back into a routine or starting one. I’d love to help you get started on your journey.

Your Friend and Coach,

Train Smart. Train Hard. Train Safe. Train to Sweatt

P.S.: Whenever you’re ready… here are 3 ways I can help you:

1. Set up your complimentary Strategy Session.

Fill in a quick questionnaire and then set up your strategy session. In it we’ll sit down together and discuss your goals, simple steps you can take to achieve them and see if there is a way to work together to give you the coaching and support you need to get the results you want quickly. 2. Join my 28 Day Jump Start Program and be a Case Study.

We’re adding a few new clients to our program for 28 days and documenting their success. If you’d like to work with us for the next month and be a case study for fat loss… just reply to this message and put “28” in the subject line.
