Managing your time

“I don’t have time” is what people say when they’re justifying why they didn’t do something they had set out to do.

I get it. With family life, running a business and coaching, I know how it feels.

And if I’m being honest, I’ve felt overwhelmed and made mistakes by not putting my health first. Checking on your progress daily is key. If you’re not getting closer to your goals, it’s time to make changes.

Here are some simple tricks I use to manage my time better:

Use a handwritten planner: Write down your schedule to stand out from the digital clutter. Plan your appointments and tasks the night before for better time management.

Try home workouts: Don’t think you have to do it all perfectly. Even a short stretch or walk at home can make a difference.

Be nice to yourself: Missing a workout isn’t the end of the world. Plan for exercise the next day and aim for consistency.

Remember, your choices affect your health and well-being. Instead of saying, “I don’t have time,” think about how you’re using the time you already have.
