Leaning In

One thing I’ve been trying to do a better job of lately is “leaning in.”

Leaning into what the world is trying to show me is the right path.

Oftentimes, we have a tendency to distrust what should be the obvious path. It’s right there in front of us … embrace exercise and healthy eating to be happier and healthier … yet we fall victim to the same old beliefs that have always guided us.

Or, should I say, those that have always led us astray.

If you’re clear on your goals, have an action plan, and a person who can support you and hold you accountable, you are on the right path. Honestly, it makes everything so much easier.

With your health and every aspect of your life, stop listening to the negative noise that’s held you back in the past.

It doesn’t have to be complicated. Decide what you want to accomplish, identify the actions that you need to take to get here and reframe your mindset.
