Happy New Year!!!!

As we approach the dawn of 2024, I wanted to wish you and your family health and happiness in the New Year.


As we bid farewell to 2023 and usher in 2024, let’s reflect with an important question:


When you look in the mirror 12 months from today, what healthy and fitness gains to you want to have achieved?


Bear in mind … these don’t need to have anything to do with a number on the scale or what size pants you’re wearing.


It could be a new level of confidence, or finally having control over your food choices.


It could be feeling stronger and more energetic.


It could be ditching the back, shoulder or knee pain that’s been holding you back and finally being able to enjoy all the activities you love without pain.


Whatever it is, take a moment to WRITE IT DOWN.


Close your eyes and let your imagination paint a picture. How would you look and feel 365 days from today if that dream became a reality? Capture those feelings and images and write THOSE down, too.


Now, ask yourself this: What needs to happen or change for you to reach that goal?


Invest a few minutes in this exercise before the ball drops in Times Square, and you’ll be well on your way to a happier, healthier you in 2024.


You’ll have a goal.


You’ll have a “why.”


And you’ll have a plan.
