What do you need?

Research shows that 39% of people gained weight during the pandemic. Since the data are based on 400 million people, that means nearly 156 million of us have gained weight.
 
Not cool.
 
The past two years did a lot of damage. So if you’ve lost your way, my advice would be to take one step in the direction of self care today.
 
It doesn’t have to be a 300-pound deadlift or 5-mile run.
 
It could be 15 minutes of meditation … a massage … chiropractic adjustment … making a long overdue doctor’s appointment … or simply taking a nap.
 
A brisk walk outside in the sunshine would do the trick, too.
 
Personally, I’m on a mission to help as many people as I can regain their physical and emotional health .. and yes, they go hand-in-hand.
 
The problem is, I only have room for about 100 clients in my studio … so this newsletter is one practice I’m committed to in order to reach and help more people.
