Independence

Tomorrow is Independence Day, so I thought today would be a good time to discuss what I consider to be one of the most important types of independence.

Health Independence.

Aging gracefully and healthfully.

Avoiding dependence on medication.

Being able to stay on your feet and enjoy the activities you love for the rest of your life.

Living intentionally and proactively, rather than having to react to a medical diagnosis.

Putting yourself and your health first … and remembering that you can’t pour from an empty cup.

If you have Health Independence, you have the key to a quality of life others will envy.

But it’s not something you can order “on-demand.”

You can’t wait until your achy joints are keeping you up at night.

You can’t wait until only medication can reverse your illnesses.

Health Independence is something you have to earn early on to reap the benefits.

How close are you to having Health Independence?

Reply back and let me know. Chances are you’re not far off, and maybe I can help.
