It’s a new month and a new season is right around the corner, so I wanted to ask …
… how did your fitness goals work out over the summer?
If you were inconsistent with your workouts and/or went a little overboard with your eating … don’t beat yourself up.
It happens … and you’re not alone.
The good news is, September is probably my favorite month of the year, and it’s a great time to get back into a fitness routine.
Soon, the air will be a little chillier … kids will be back in school … and work schedules will be a little more normal.
With more structure in our work and family lives, it’ll be easier to put structure back into your fitness.
But … I want to caution you …
It can also be easy and tempting to come up with reasons why we can’t.
And like clockwork, this is the time of year when the same person who told me they didn’t have time to work out over the summer because the kids were home from school … will tell me they don’t have time to work out in September because the kids are back in school.
Don’t tell yourself stories that aren’t true.
Remember .. you’re in control of your time and your health.
And all you have to do today is do one thing that will move you closer to your goals.
Then, do something tomorrow.
Repeat that long enough and you’ll not only be back on track … you’ll be happy with the results.
Procrastinating and making excuses will only give you the opposite result.
Your Friend and Coach,
P.S. Whenever you’re ready, here are a few ways I can help you be happier and healthier this week:
1. $200
I’ve got a few $200 Gift Cards I’m giving away this week to people who haven’t been getting the results they’re looking for and want to stop wasting their time at a regular gym. If you’d like one, reply back with “GIFT” and I’ll send you one of the Gift Cards.
2. FREE 1×1 Session.
I’ve opened up a few spots on my schedule this month for people who’ve been putting off getting back into a workout routine because they’re afraid they’ll get hurt. If this is you, reply back with “1X1” and I’ll grab you one of the spots so you can see how my coaching is different.
3. Lose 10 lbs in 8 Weeks.
I’m thinking about launching a new group nutrition coaching program to help a few people learn how to make some simple changes to their diet so they can lose at least 10 pounds in 8 weeks. If you’d be interested, reply back with “10” and I’ll be in touch with the details and a discount to help me launch it.
