It’s Valentine’s Day, and you know what that means.
Overpriced roses, jacked up restaurant prices, and Hallmark having a heyday. (I bet you can tell how I feel about this holiday.)
Here’s what I’d like it to mean for you:
Find someone you care about. I don’t care if it’s your spouse, partner, boyfriend, girlfriend, brother, sister, or friend.
Invite them to exercise with you … to be your workout buddy.
There’s no gift like the gift of fitness.
And who knows? Your invitation might just provide the inspiration that your loved one needs to get started.
Plus, it’s been my experience (and a proven fact) that people do better, stay more consistent, and get better results when they exercise with a friend or significant other. So you’ll reap the benefits, too.
On this Valentine’s Day, I’d like to encourage you to share the love – and the fitness.
And if you’ve fallen off track or are just getting started yourself, reply back and let me know the biggest question you have about getting back in a routine or starting one. I’d love to help 🙂
To help you out I am offering a couple Valentine’s Weekend package.
Get 25% off two coaching memberships when you join as a ‘couple’. This lasts for the life of your membership.
So tell your significant other (brother, sister, mother, father or friend) that you want the gift of better health for you both.
And what better way to keep each other motivated than to get better together.
Your innie friend and coach,
Paul F. Sweatt CPT PN1
