4 Ingredient Breakfast Cookies

For today’s yummy we are going to have dessert for breakfast. It will be like being in college again.

4 Ingredient Breakfast Cookie
  • 2 Ripe Bananas
  • 1 ¾ C Quick Cooking Oats
  • ¼ C Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 2 T Coconut Flour
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mash the 2 ripe bananas until they are basically pureed and runny. Stir in the rest of the ingredients. Drop the dough by spoonful onto parchment paper. Bake for 15 minutes.
