Greatness doesn’t happen overnight.

I just wrote this to a client that is having trouble getting started. Hopefully it will help you if you are also having trouble getting started on your health and fitness goals.
Fat loss is a marathon not a sprint. It is better to lose it slowly over the long term and develop new habits than it is to drop the weight fast with unsustainable practices.
Greatness doesn’t happen overnight. Especially with a marathon. You need to ‘train’ yourself to be able to do it. When you first start out the 2 mile jog is ridiculously hard but if you keep practicing after time even the long runs are easy.
Same with fat loss. At first, cleaning up your diet and eating right combined with exercise will be a challenge. But keep at it and eventually its second nature. It just requires a little getting used to.
You have to suck at something before you become good at it.
And remember, I am here for you. If you have any questions/comments/concerns or just need someone to lean on, you know how to get in touch.
