– How much stronger you’re getting ⠀
– Your fitness levels ⠀
– Energy levels ⠀
– Body shape changes ⠀
– Confidence ⠀
So next time you’re disappointed about the scales, remember this list and remind yourself that isn’t the be all and end all.
Actually now that I think about it, throw your scale away and measure your progress by the other methods.
