The official start of Summer – Memorial Day – is right around the corner.

Are you excited … or dreading it?

Summer means more outdoor activities, more fresh air, and more sunshine.

It also means shorts, t-shirts, tanks and swimsuits.

For those who’ve been consistent with exercise and careful with their nutrition for the past couple of months, there’s reason to celebrate.

If not … well … not so much.

If the latter is true for you, is it a lost cause?

Hardly.

Quite simply, you can start – or get a fresh start – today.

I often write about the “Power of One.”

One workout.

One meal that’s 1% better.

One afternoon of meal prep for the week.

One night of going to bed one hour earlier.

So you can’t get April or May back … unless you have a time machine.

But you still have today.

Use it wisely.
