I worked with Paul in person for over a year. He was very helpful with proper form and finding the right exercises to address my weaknesses. He was also able to recommend corrective exercises to address those nagging little injuries that popped up on occasion. Of course, with the pandemic, the sessions ended. In October, I found myself wishing I could go back to the gym but tentative about working out in a public setting. Paul offered a one month remote program that got me moving after 7 months of being sedentary. It was the kick I needed to get back in the swing. He was also helpful with diet suggestions. The combination has me feeling a lot better physically and mentally. – Jim R
