Paul F Sweatt has been my trainer for over a year and I have enjoyed working with him. When Boston Sports Club was open it was a pleasure to have so many machines and other people around. However, Paul has made the transition from “public to private” locations nearly seamless. I appreciate his good sense of humor, but even more his willingness to work from a laptop in my home, where to machines are few and far between. I am able to keep limber even working from home.
