Is Your Health Coach Doing It All Wrong?

Health coaches have one job:
To get you the results you’re looking for. That could be to get you stronger…build more muscle…help with your balance…even help you lose weight.
Your coach develops a program to help you reach your goals…but sometimes, they get it wrong.
Sometimes…the program doesn’t work for the client…and it leaves them frustrated by the results.
Has this happened to you?
To be honest, this happens more frequently than you may think.
So what happens?
First…the coach may not have all the information needed to build the right program for you.
You may have forgotten a few things…or just not included everything they need to know.
This could lead to issues when it comes to designing the right program for you. But there’s something else to consider:
Sometimes an exercise, or protocol you’re working on, changes—and there is a better way to do it.
There may be a better way to do an exercise…or the latest research is showing that there may be a different way of doing things.
When this happens…your trainer may need to pivot to make sure your program is up-to-date—and you’re getting the best workout to get you the results you’re looking for.
Not only does this show the trainer is paying attention to your needs…but they are following the hottest trends in the industry to make sure you’re getting the best possible workout.
So remember…it has nothing to do with you, but everything to do with what’s currently working in the industry.
Not only could this help you get better results—it may be faster and easier than ever before.
So remember…if your coach is shifting your workout slightly and implementing a new way of training, keep in mind they are probably looking to get you better results—by making the necessary adjustments to your program.
