I’m not saying it’s easy.
It’s not.
It’s never easy to get off of junk food.
It’s not easy to not stress eat. Stress drink or do all those things.
But let me tell you, when you break though all that stuff you feel so much better.
You are mentally better.
You are physically better.
Just thinking about the last ten weeks. I’m in a way different place than I was 10 weeks ago.
I look forward to going to the gym.
I love it.
I feel great.
I am eating well.
I’m back to why would I put crap in my body.
It’s real and as I get older want to live longer. I don’t want to die at 70 with a fat stomach and a big clot in my brain.
When I’m 70 I want to still be talking to you about ‘crazy stuff’.
I’m lovin’ it right now.
My goal is to feel as good as I possibly can.
You know how they say if you love your job you never work a day in your life? It’s also true if you do the right things health wise you will lose weight. If your focus is specifically losing weight it’s never going to happen.
