The Fastest Way to Succeed

What’s the fastest way to succeed with your health and fitness goals?

Slowly.

Avoid extremes, and don’t take on too much, too soon.

Change one thing at a time, and enjoy the progress before adding more to your plate.

The mistake most people make when they’re starting – or restarting – a fitness program is trying to do too much.

When you’re currently doing zero workouts per week, the last thing you need is 5 workouts per week. Start with 1 or 2, get comfortable with that, and move forward.

If you’ve slipped into a diet with too much takeout and where fruits and vegetables are as rare as an eclipse, you don’t want to suddenly start doing keto or intermittent fasting. Add fruits and/or veggies to every meal for a week, see how that goes, and then tackle the next thing.

You see, a bunch of random, chaotic, inconsistent activity isn’t going to get you the body and health that you want.

Taking it slowly, one small action at a time, is the fastest way to success.
